What is new media?

New media is everything that makes information easily accessible. Some examples of new media are blogs, myspace, even online shopping. For example, if you are looking to fix any problems taht have to do with a computer or a video game console, you can google the problem up and most of the time you will get a link to blogs with ways to repair that problem of people who have had that similar problem.
